On October 28 and 29, the Aging and Microbiome Conference 2025 (AMC25) took place at the Rosensäle Jena, bringing together nearly 100 researchers from Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, Israel, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
Exciting presentations showcased the latest findings on the role of the microbiome in the aging process – from metabolic analyses and neuroimmunology to clinical studies and computer modeling.
The social program also provided highlights: a visit to the Zeiss Planetarium in Jena and a joint dinner offered opportunities for personal exchange and new collaborations. The organizers were very satisfied with the event and are already looking forward to the next meeting.
