Sample submission and quality control: 
Incoming samples are assessed for integrity and concentration to ensure they meet library preparation requirements.

Library preparation: 
We offer library protocols for a broad range of applications – from standard RNA-seq to single-cell analyses and epigenetic methods. Our liquid handling system (Biomek i7) ensures high reproducibility and throughput.

Sequencing: 
Sequencing is performed on our Illumina platforms (NovaSeq 6000, NextSeq 1000, MiSeq) or on the Oxford Nanopore MinION for long-read applications. We select the platform based on your research question and throughput requirements.

Primary data processing: 
After sequencing, you receive quality-controlled FASTQ files along with sequencing quality metrics.
