2nd Nothobranchius Symposium

Meetings

Reflections on recent developments & outlook into future research: June 2-4, 2016, in Jena.

Nothobranchius furzeri has been introduced as a model in biomedical research more than 10 years ago. Now, with its genome being published, it is fair to consider N. furzeri as well as other Nothobranchius species as well accepted models in the field of aging research but also in developmental biology, ecology and evolution. At this symposium we want to reflect recent developments in the field of Nothobranchius biology but also provide an outlook into future research directions.
