HR Department
The Human Resources department is responsible for the entire spectrum of operational and strategic HR work – from job postings to references. This includes drawing up employment contracts, payroll accounting, personnel cost planning, and advising managers and employees.
We coordinate the entire onboarding and offboarding process and design central measures for personnel planning, recruitment, and development – including training our junior staff in the field of scientific support.
Our focus is on the responsible use of valuable human resources. We are developing a modern and sustainable working environment characterized by flexible working models, active occupational health management, continuous support for our employees, and targeted support for managers.
